Appointment of Officials

Professional contests

The appointment of ring officials (referees, judges and timekeepers) to professional combat sport contests is undertaken by the Combat Sports Authority.

All Ring Officials appointed to professional contests must be registered with the Combat Sports Authority in the class/es applicable for the contest.

Amateur contests

The appointment of ring officials (referees, judges and timekeepers) to amateur combat sport contests is undertaken by the Approved Amateur Body for the contest.
